the location was decent, but the incessant noise from bars made it impossible to sleep. i did expect an upgrade considering my endless patience with their problematic hot water situation, which is not something one typically enjoys. overall, absoluteley not worth the hype—just couldn’t even comtemplate a good review with all these issues lingering in my mind.

The bathroom felt cramped, and the kitchen light was out, impacting the overall experience. Cleaning quality left much to be desired. floors were dirty upon arrival and remained so even after a request for cleaning. Loud music from neighboring establishments affected sleep quality several times, especially at early hours.

The location is on point, with top-notch eateries just steps away! I devoured amazing local bites at Milagritos De Sabor and enjoyed the vibe of OCI. mde. Beyond dining, the staff were super responsive and the apartments felt cozy for a solo traveler.

However, the check-in process was a complete mess. We waited ages outside the flat and had to deal with an unhelpful owner. Plus, the loud music from nearby venues made sleep impossible. This was the worst stay we've had in South America.

The staff managed a tricky situation admirably, improving our stay immensely. Communication via WhatsApp was seamless, which made everything easier and more convenient during our week-long visit.

Despite the convenience of a self-service model, the lack of reception meant difficulties when accessing the flat. Not having immediate onsite assistance was quite frustrating.

The spacious bedroom had some really nice furniture, and I loved how comfy the bed was after exploring the city. Relaxing at the rooftop pool and enjoying coffee in the lounge were highlights of my stay. Just wish there was a little more attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom on arrival.
